Unilever Hiring Freshers as R&D Associate - B.E/B.Tech.


R&D Skin South Asia team (located at Mumbai) is responsible for deploying soap bars in South Asia and now South East Asia. The current job description is for an R&D associate reporting into a product development manager at R&D Skin, South Asia.


* Understanding the consumer habits & needs as required by the Project team while articulating the needs of business
       

 
* Develop product solutions as needed by the business, articulated as an outcome of Project team work http://www.allindiajobs.in
        
* Develop processes to manufacture product solution developed
        
* Ensuring compliance to Internal Unilever protocols while developing product solutions with respect to commitment to safety, environment, claim support, specification management etc.

 Professional Skills:

* Graduate with knowledge of chemistry and chemical engineering
 
* People management skills
         
* Good Verbal/written Communication skills
         
* Dealing with people from multicultural backgrounds.
          
* Multi tasking ability
